Returns & Refunds


  • AVART only ships products within India only.
  • Orders are generally shipped within 4 working days from the date of payment, through registered courier companies, subject to product availability. AVART is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier companies and only takes responsibility to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the date of the payment.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer only (unless specified at the time of order).
  • AVART is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.


Returning your purchases.

    You can return purchases to AVART's office or by mail. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.


    Return Period
    Return online purchases within 15 days. The return period begins on the date you receive your order.


    Returns In Store
    Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning online orders to AVART's office in Mumbai.
  • You must bring your packing list or receipt, and your photo ID.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.

    Returns By Mail
    Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail.
  • Pack your return in the original package if possible.
  • Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
  • For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via insured Courier companes.
  • Please send all returns to:

  • You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.
  • Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.



  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or Bank account.
  • If you return an item to AVART, the credit is applied at the time of the return and usually posts within 72 hours. If you return an item by mail, please allow 14-21 days of processing time.

    If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped:
  • We recommend that you return the item to a AVART store.
  • If you prefer to mail it, you must call for special instructions: (022) 2431-4322
  • We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

    Non-Returnable Items
  • Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse


Special Offer Returns

    Bundle Purchases
    You can return an individual item that was part of a bundle package. In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually. To review the amount you will be refunded for each individual item within the bundle, visit the Your Account page after you submit your order.


    Quantity Discounts
    If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount, the discount received will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference.
